Data Online |
This
is where you access and manage the data in your personal
NetSpace.
Display files and folders in your NetSpace
– whether it be your own data or data your contacts
are sharing with you. Upload data from
your local computer to your online data space by using
drag & drop or a special context menu.
Open files by clicking on the respective
file name. Open a Windows Explorer window to
organize, move, copy, rename, edit or delete files and
folders in your NetSpace. |

Contacts Lists & Data Sharing Settings |
This
is where you define what data you want to share
and with whom you want to share.
You can share data with any user of the Data Owners
Online Network.
The person you would like to share data with has to
be on your contact list. You can create and
manage different contact lists for different
groups of people and add as many contacts as you want.
You can search for users in the Data Owners Online Network
and send e-mail notifications to the person(s)
you would like to grant access to.
Once accepted, you will receive the individual’s
personal key and can now share your data with the him/her.
For each object you want to share, you can assign different
access rights to different persons (read-only,
edit, full access). |

Mobile Netspace |
This
is where you control mobile settings
in your personal NetSpace enabling you to remotely
access selected data through mobile devices, such
as your mobile phone or Pocket PC.
Enable
mobile access to selected files or folders.
Flexible access rights management allows you to assign
restrictive our full mobile access rights to each
object (read-only, edit, full access …) |
